It is good to have no study commitments as well.
Today I slept in before doing a few chores and paying my bills before heading off to The Sydney Fish Markets.
I take the train to Central then the light rail from Central to The Fish Markets.
I don't get to the Fish Markets very often and it is a good opportunity to before construction commences to go ahead and move the Fish Markets across the other side eliminating the existing concrete operations on that site.
I took loads of photos this visit attached. Apologies having a problem yet again uploading images. Can copy but cant paste at all.
After eating my skewers I purchased some fresh octapus salmon and 2 jumbo oysters freshly shucked still in shell.
A quick purchase of finger limes and a toliet break before heading back on the lightrail to my next stop - Market City and Paddys Markets for some things.
When I arrived at Market City, the shopping centre was undergoing some upgrades and renovations. Shops such as Dangerfield had been relocated and a new dining area has been put in on the floor above Paddys Markets. Scafolding was in place everywhere from the floor above Paddys Markets up to the top level. The Asian IGA has had a facelift too although a little confusing - asiles and asiles of shelving which seems to be the trend at Woolworths as well with some asiles so narrow it can hardly fit single person walk through traffic.
Picked up a packet of Blueberry and Custard Cream Dai - Fuku (if you don't know what these are try them - there are different versions of these sweet rice balls - the ones I purchased this time were the more refined Japanese ones and it was a toss up between the melon ones or these ones. They are also available in traditinal red bean (yuk!) and other flavours such as strawberry). I usually purchase the Taiwanese style one which are a little thicker and are usually available in chocolate, black sesame or normal sesame, matcha, peanut or traditional red or black bean paste. Then there are the Chinese style ones which are hand made fresh and are a lot thicker and rolled in coconut usually available in red or black bean, taro, lotus paste, melon or mango cream and thick custard which are found at Chinese Bakeries rather then packaged and in Asian supermarkets.

Onto Paddys Markets to pick up some custard apple or other fruits or vegetables. I had to be quick as it was closing time . No time to look at the other parts of Paddys Market - 6 pm where did the day go?
