This year it was all about wearable art. I went to see this during the day but I am sure it looks a lot more stunning during the night when the lights are on. Rating 8/10. If you like fashion go and have a look at this art installation.
Then there is The Magic Carpet on the overpass bridge to the District Dining area. An interactive changing projection of scenes ranging from kicking a virtual soccer ball across a soccer field and scoring goals to plying with Autumn leaves or watching the koi move through the water under Lily pads across a pond for example. ﹰRating 7/10 Kids Zone inside The District only operating Friday and Saturday nights restricted times as well therefore did not get to see in action.

Back at the Mall Markets there is an Art installation Liquid Lies with it stall set up with coloured jars of liquid glowing lights skeletons test tubes lab coated attendants and of course a lie detector. Take the liquid lies test great fun for kids and adults. If you tell the truth you get to drink the pink liquid but if you tell a lie you get to drink the green. A little boy told a lie while I was there he was asked what was his favourite animal and I don't think it was a giraffe. His father was more concerned about what was in the sample of green liquid he was about to be given to drink and it better not have been midori mixed with soda water! ( or strawberry liqueur for the pink liquid) Rating : 8/10 a bit of fun for both kids and adults.

I finally go to see the projection on The Concourse building facade. There was definitely a budget cut here. The space themed projection was barely 2 minutes long and was repeated over and over again. Disappointed? Extremely. The rest of VIVID @ Chatswood was much more interesting. Nothing to photograph refer video uploaded onto YouTube. Rating 5/10 I didn't see any crowds here .They were all in the mall area at the night markets.
