I am sorry I don't have many good photos of this event as I fell really sick from food poisoning early during my visit to the night markets.
One stall I had never tried before in Sydney or in Melbourne at the Night Noodle Markets was Hoy Pinoy which specialises in marinated bbq skewers. I purchased 2 chicken skewers because I didn't want to eat a pork dish. It cost me $13 as well as a long wait in the queue. I finally got to the front of the line and collected my 2 chicken skewers. I took a few bites into one of them and wasn't sure if it was still raw or if that was the texture of that particular cut of the chicken when marinated and bbq. I continued to eat them both - they were extremely messy to eat and there was nowhere to wash your hands not even in the portaloos which used hand sanitiser pumps instead of tap water.
I took a few photos and walked around before feeling violently ill. I walked quickly back to the toliets and luckily there were no queues. This was my first attack. I thought I would stay near the toliets for a while and just as well I had a second attack. If you have ever had food poisoning before you would know how it feels. I was in pain and was hot and cold at the same time .
After the second attack I thought I was feeling better and decided no more photos just try and get home. I managed to get home and was in bed when a third and forth attack came on.
I took a few Panadol for the pain and hot and cold sweats but didnt have any other medication . I finally fell asleep.
Feeling better the next morning but very weak. I decided to drink quite a bit of water as I was dehydrated. I didn't have any Hydralyte with me but had some Turkish delight so ate a cube of it.
I apologise once again for not taking any good photos of the Night Noodle Markets, if I have the opportunity to go again I will stick to the desserts - and no Gelato Messina (due to my lactose intolerance) either which is a guaranteed disaster!

Night Noodle Markets Rating 7/10 too many people and same stalls every year but great atmosphere. No comment on my food poisoning as this is the first time it has happened to me at the Night Noodle Markets. Did not have the opportunity to check out Hyde Park Palms or sit in the Citi VIP area or even take a photo of the giant beer glass - too busy finding my way back to the toliets.
