Tuesday 17th October 2017 - Contemporary Beginner Dance Class @ SDC
Recovered from my food poisoning episode from Sunday night and well enough to go to another Contemporary beginner dance class at SDC this morning.
Good workout yet again but same rotine from 2 weeks ago.
